Main House, up to 7 people:
1067€ per night, plus 400€ Final Cleaning
At High-Season only rentable weekly.
Additional Costs:
Security Deposit: 500€
Tourist Tax:
per person per night: 2€
children under 16 years do not have to pay the tourist tax. For stays of more than 8 days there is a 50% discount starting the 9th day. From the 1st of November to the 30th of April there is a discount of 75%.
Baby Bed and Chairs:
There are 2 baby beds and high chairs without additional costs for your use.
CHECK-IN: AFTER 4 P.M.
CHECK-OUT: UNTIL 10 A.M.
30% deposit while making the reservation. 70% balance to be paid one month before arrival date.
The prices do not include final cleaning (400, - EUR) and a security deposit of 500,- EUR. This deposit will be paid on departure if nothing is missing and the estate is in perfect condition. If this is not the case, the deposit is forfeited, settled on damage assessment and the balance is paid.
Service
Included is the following: Welcome package, once a week cleaning and change of towels. The bedsheets will be changed every two weeks.
Cancellation
If you cancel 100 days before booked date, 100% of the amount minus handling fee € 400 will be refunded.
If you cancel between 100 days and a month before the booked date, 30% deposit will be retained by us. In case a replacement is found, 30% minus handling fee € 400 will be refunded.
If you cancel within a month before arrival date, 100% will be retained. In case replacement is found, 100% minus handling fee € 400 will be refunded.
Due to strict cancellation terms and high costs associated in case of a risk, it is recommended in your best interest to insure your travel expenses while making the booking.
